There is so much wrong about this....he was treated so inhumanely- from start to finish....and there is no officer safety really going on here if John( "the suspect") was really a threat to any of these officers....where is the police car t...hat showed up as back up? You wouldn't get out of your car & wak up to a scene where "weapons" are involved, including the one Birk is holding on the now deceased John....you would use it as a barrier & use your friggin PA & stay in contact with your dispatcher and be calling for an ambulance? I am talking from a Peace officers perspective here & was one for 5 years- and you would have ONE officer walk up with his or her gun drawn, continually instructing the "suspect" to not move & that you are a peace officer and you have your gun drawn; then that officer would search the suspect for weapons and then check for a pulse and any signs of life & STILL CALL for an ambulance! This is like a modern day keystone cops scenario gone bad, really bad. John was tried & convicted by the SPD on the spot....UN FRIGGIN' REAL!

Well, I watched it again & someone wa in touch with dispatch and said he has no vital signs....I just wonder if they ever had an ambulance on the way?

Stay tuned, this is going to be interesting- there is alot more to this than meets the eye! Believe me? I want to know their policy & procedures for something like this & want to know if they were followed?
