Yeah....sad day when you can't even be a Native American; an artist; or a citizen of the USA without having to live in fear that something like this could happen to you or one of your relations or friends ....or that you would even have to witness a police officer murder a deaf carver-this poor woman....Yeah, VERY SAD! SHOCKING! CRIMINAL EVEN! Birk should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law....I THINK he must be related to George Armstrong Custer-Indian Killer! :(
